Anthony is a certifed director of safety with over 30 years of experience and transportation management. He brings proven skills known for strengthening DOT safety scores, solid human resource experience and the skills for building effective relationships. He is a seasoned program builder and a team leader.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Director of Safety and Recruiting for fve large trucking companies during which time improvements were made in safety scores, recruiting drivers and retention of same.
• Successful experience in DOT audits including new entrant and California BIT audits.
• Thorough understanding of CSA scoring and methodology.
• Detailed knowledge of FMCSA regulations resulting in positive Data Q’s challenges and DOT compliance.

Duties included management of all safety duties encompassing DOT, OSHA, CTPAT, FDA, and PHMSA. Working knowledge of Hazmat Security plans and hazmat training. Management of all aspects of accident investigation, litigation and subrogation. At times duties also encompassed the responsibilities of a human resources manager including recruiting, retention, training and maintenance of all employees. Familiar with advertising plans

and recruiting oversight necessary to maintain full capacity. Streamlined and transitioned recruiting departments to paperless software to maximize the quality of applicants while minimizing turnover rate. Instrumental in doubling fleet size for three companies.
